- A student or staff member has either tested positive for or been diagnosed with, or has been identified as a close contact of someone who has tested positive for or been diagnosed with COVID-19;
- A household member (of staff or student) has either tested positive for or been diagnosed;
- A household member (of staff or student) has been identified as a close contact of someone who has tested positive for or been diagnosed;
- A student or staff member or household member is experiencing any relevant symptoms:
- Fever
- Chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste
- New loss of smell
- Sore Throat
- Congestion
- Runny Nose
- Nausea
- Vomiting,
- Diarrhea;
- A student or staff member or household member is awaiting test results; or
- A student or staff member or household member has traveled outside of Pennsylvania during the last 10 day period.
